<p>If the BAC is .10 % or higher, license suspension is 7-12 months, fines $300-$500, 12-48 hours IDRC and jail up to 30 days. This is rarely enforced.</p>
<p>If the BAC is .15% or higher there is a mandatory ignition interlock device as an additional penalty.</p>
<p>If there is no reading such as a refusal case, the suspension is 3 months fine $250-$400, jail up to 30 days. If it is a Drug DWI, suspension is 7-12 months, fine $300-$500, 12-48 hours IDRC and jail up to 30 days.</p>
